This research is a qualitative review using thematic analysis. Data were collected through a systematic literature search in major academic databases. Fifteen relevant studies were selected after applying inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data were analyzed using NVivo 14 through open, axial, and selective coding until theoretical saturation was achieved. Results indicated that school psychosocial climate plays a fundamental role in improving mental health, strengthening academic motivation, and enhancing educational performance. Key components such as positive teacher–student relationships, sense of school belonging, perceived educational justice, and positive classroom emotional atmosphere were identified as major factors contributing to reduced anxiety and academic depression, increased self-efficacy, intrinsic motivation, academic engagement, and learning sustainability. Findings confirm that school climate is not merely a learning context but a strategic determinant of students’ psychological well-being and academic success, and its improvement can lead to sustainable educational development.</p> <p>هدف این پژوهش تبیین جامع و یکپارچه نقش جو مدرسه در سلامت روان، انگیزش تحصیلی و عملکرد آموزشی دانش‌آموزان بر پایه شواهد پژوهشی موجود است. این مطالعه از نوع مروری کیفی با رویکرد تحلیل مضمون است. داده‌ها به‌صورت کتابخانه‌ای و از طریق جست‌وجوی نظام‌مند در پایگاه‌های علمی معتبر گردآوری شد. پس از اعمال معیارهای ورود و خروج، ۱۵ مقاله علمی مرتبط انتخاب و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار NVivo 14 مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. فرایند کدگذاری در سه مرحله باز، محوری و انتخابی انجام شد و تحلیل داده‌ها تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. نتایج نشان داد جو روانی ـ اجتماعی مدرسه نقش بنیادینی در ارتقای سلامت روان، تقویت انگیزش تحصیلی و بهبود عملکرد آموزشی دانش‌آموزان ایفا می‌کند. مؤلفه‌هایی مانند روابط مثبت معلم ـ دانش‌آموز، احساس تعلق، ادراک عدالت آموزشی و فضای هیجانی کلاس از مهم‌ترین عوامل تأثیرگذار بر کاهش اضطراب و افسردگی تحصیلی، افزایش خودکارآمدی، انگیزش درونی، درگیری تحصیلی و پایداری آموزشی شناسایی شدند. یافته‌ها تأیید می‌کند که جو مدرسه نه‌تنها بستر یادگیری بلکه سازه‌ای راهبردی در سلامت روان و موفقیت تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان است و ارتقای آن می‌تواند به بهبود پایدار کیفیت آموزش منجر شود.</p> https://jltestm.com/index.php/jltestm/article/download/11/11
