This study aims to design and validate a digital citizenship curriculum that promotes media literacy, critical thinking, online safety, digital ethics, and self-regulated technology use. The curriculum will address misinformation detection, algorithmic bias, privacy, digital footprints, cyberbullying, intellectual property, respectful online communication, and the ethical use of artificial intelligence. In the first phase, curriculum components will be identified through expert review and interviews with teachers, students, and educational specialists. In the second phase, the program’s effectiveness will be evaluated through an intervention-based design. The proposed curriculum is expected to reduce passive and uncritical technology consumption and prepare students to become informed, critical, responsible, safe, and creative participants in digital environments.</p> <p>حضور فراگیر شبکه‌های اجتماعی، هوش مصنوعی، پلتفرم‌های ویدئویی و نظام‌های الگوریتمی، تجربه یادگیری و زیست روزمره دانش‌آموزان را دگرگون کرده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی و اعتبارسنجی برنامه درسی شهروندی دیجیتال برای تقویت سواد رسانه‌ای، تفکر انتقادی، امنیت آنلاین، اخلاق دیجیتال و استفاده خودتنظیم‌شده از فناوری انجام می‌شود. محتوای برنامه موضوعاتی مانند تشخیص اطلاعات نادرست، سوگیری الگوریتمی، حریم خصوصی، ردپای دیجیتال، آزار سایبری، مالکیت فکری، تعامل محترمانه و کاربرد اخلاقی هوش مصنوعی را پوشش خواهد داد. در مرحله نخست، مؤلفه‌های برنامه از طریق مرور تخصصی و مصاحبه با معلمان، دانش‌آموزان و متخصصان استخراج می‌شود و در مرحله دوم، اثربخشی آن با یک طرح مداخله‌ای ارزیابی خواهد شد. انتظار می‌رود برنامه پیشنهادی، از مصرف منفعلانه فناوری جلوگیری کرده و دانش‌آموزان را به کاربران آگاه، نقاد، مسئول و خلاق در محیط‌های دیجیتال تبدیل کند.</p>
