Author Guidelines

1. General Information

Learning, Training, and Education in Schools in the Third Millennium (LTES-TM) publishes original, high-quality scholarly manuscripts that contribute to the advancement of knowledge in education and related disciplines. Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.

All manuscripts are evaluated through a double-blind peer-review process. Authors must ensure that all identifying information is removed from the main manuscript file.

2. Language and Structure Requirements

2.1 Language Policy

• The full text of the article must be written in Persian.

• Each manuscript must include:

  • Persian Abstract

  • English Abstract

  • Extended Abstract in English (1000–1500 words)

Failure to include all three components will result in immediate return of the manuscript to the authors.

3. Formatting and Style

3.1 Font Requirements

Line spacing: 1.5
Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides
Page size: A4

3.2 APA Style

All citations, references, tables, figures, and headings must follow the APA Style (latest edition). Authors are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of references.

4. Manuscript Components and Order

Manuscripts must be arranged in the following order:

1. Title (Persian & English)

2. Author Information (submitted in a separate file)

3. Persian Abstract (150–250 words)

4. Keywords in Persian (3–5 words)

5. English Abstract (150–250 words)

6. Keywords in English (3–5 words)

7. Extended Abstract in English (1000–1500 words)

8. Main Text in Persian

9. Acknowledgments (if applicable)

10. References (APA style)

5. Extended Abstract Requirements

The Extended Abstract in English is a mandatory component and must be between 1000 and 1500 words.
It should present a comprehensive summary of the entire study and include:

• Introduction and problem statement

• Purpose and research questions

• Methodology

• Key findings

• Discussion and implications

• Conclusion

The extended abstract must allow international readers to fully understand the study without reading the Persian text.

6. Tables and Figures

• Tables and figures must be numbered consecutively.

• Titles must be provided above tables and below figures.

• All tables and figures must be cited in the text.

• APA formatting rules apply.

7. Ethical Requirements

Authors must adhere to the journal’s Publication Ethics Policy. Manuscripts involving human participants must include evidence of ethical approval and informed consent.

8. Submission Files

Authors must submit:

1. Main Manuscript File (without author names)

2. Title Page File (author details, affiliations, ORCID, corresponding author)

3. Conflict of Interest Form

4. Ethical Approval Statement (if applicable)

9. Peer-Review and Decision Process

All submissions undergo:

• Initial editorial screening

• Plagiarism check via iThenticate

• Double-blind peer review by two or three expert reviewers

• Editorial decision: Accept / Minor Revision / Major Revision / Reject

10. Copyright and Open Access

Authors retain full copyright.
All accepted articles are published under CC BY-NC 4.0 license.

11. Article Processing Charges

The APC for each accepted article is 3,000,000 Tomans, payable only after final acceptance.

12. Submission Responsibility

Submission implies that the work is original, all authors approve submission, and ethical standards have been fully observed.
